What you are buying
A training program as a PDF: exercises, sets, reps, rest and the week-by-week progression, written in advance. It is the same program for everyone who picks that program and that version.
The licence is personal
Buying a program gives you the right to use it to train. You do not own the content: it stays with Mattia Ferretti.
Which means you cannot:
- pass the PDF, the download link or its content to other people;
- use it to coach someone else, paid or free;
- resell it, publish it, or upload it to groups, channels or platforms;
- copy its content into other programs or materials.
One program, one person. If two of you want to train, that is two programs — and if you are a team or a gym, write to me: we make a proper arrangement, and it costs less than you think.
I know a PDF takes two seconds to forward and that nobody can stop it. I write it anyway so it is clear what is fair: the work behind a program belongs to one person, and the price is what it is precisely because whoever uses it is the one who buys it.
This is not medical advice
The programs are not adapted to individual conditions: they do not account for injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, ongoing treatment or personal limitations, because they are written before I know you. Training carries risk.
If you have injuries, pain, medical conditions or any doubt about your health, talk to a doctor before you start. If an exercise hurts, stop. If you want a program built around you and followed over time, have a look at the coaching, which is a different service.
Delivery and refunds
The program downloads right after payment and also arrives by email. Because it is digital content delivered immediately, by buying you agree that delivery starts at once and you waive the right of withdrawal, as provided for digital content.
If the download fails, if you receive the wrong version, or if something is off, write to me and we sort it out.
